The ICCCE is the premiere, largest, and most insightful learning, networking, and trade platform of the Philippine contact center industry. It gathers over 500 industry executives, government officials, potential investors and customers, and service providers into a three-day industry discussion and exchange.

This year’s ICCCE, “Contact Islands: Opportunities in the Ultimate Customer Experience Paradise” tells the story why the Philippines is the top destination for companies requiring customer experience solutions, and how it intends to remain one in the years to come.

One of this year’s speaker Mr. Butch Valenzuela – President of Visaya KPO discussed about “The Industry’s Role in Driving Inclusive Growth”.

In 2013, Visaya KPO was tapped by Accenture Philippines to be the latter’s partner in initiating the Rural BPO project in the town of Tanjay, a fourth class city located in Negro Oriental province. Initially with 20 employees, the site has now grown to 250 full time employees. Projected to grow to 330 servicing the US healthcare industry, the project now is one of the largest employers in the city providing sustainable employment to the City of Tanjay and its surrounding communities.
