  • Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
  • Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource program including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Perform general accounting duties such as billing and collections, account payables, receivables, and other accounting duties that may be required.
  • Recommends and implements improvements to current cash management processes
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
  • Performs daily corporate cash management and forecasting activities
  • Executes funds movement and investment transaction
  • Maintains all collections-related schedules for forecasting
  • Handles collections report
  • PCF custodian
  • Check disbursement preparation
  • Facilitates check releasing and filling of documents
  • Execute wire transfers and other funding necessary to balance company cash position.
  • Prepares month-end cash accounting reports
  • Prepares and analyse profitability report per project
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Maintains compliance with Philippine employment laws, and the Dept. Of Labor and employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 2 years of related work experience
  • CPA is an advantage but not required
  • Must have experience in Bookkeeping, BIR filing, reports generation, collections and HR administration
  • Able to navigate Microsoft operating systems
  • Able to understand and operate accounting software
  • Average communication skills
  • Proactive and keen to details
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas
