- Inbound calls for customer service
- Doing other clerical tasks assigned by clients.
- Outbound calls for escalated orders either when resolution is provided, or resolution based from internal resources is to be provided.
- Capable of doing email and chat support for customer service.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Service-Inbound/Outbound in a BPO setting
- Competent communication skills and collaboration skills
- Strong proficiency in Windows OS,Microsoft Office and CRM.
- Must be willing to work onsite.
