Customer Service Representative (Home TV Shopping Account)


  • Inbound calls for customer service
  • Doing other clerical tasks assigned by clients.
  • Outbound calls for escalated orders either when resolution is provided, or resolution based from internal resources is to be provided.
  • Capable of doing email and chat support for customer service.


  • At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Service-Inbound/Outbound in a BPO setting
  • Competent communication skills and collaboration skills
  • Strong proficiency in Windows OS,Microsoft Office and CRM.
  • Must be willing to work onsite.
