Digital Marketing Specialist

The Digital Marketing Specialist assists in the creation of ideas and visual concepts to effectively communicate ideas and brand narratives that inspires, educates, and engages both internal and external audiences, in order to achieve overall business goals of the brand. The scope includes, but is not limited to, brand development and brand awareness. The Digital Marketing Specialist will amplify the brand’s voice to impress customers, attract new clients, and maintain awareness with vendors, suppliers, and employees and applicants alike.

Functional Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm with the Marketing team to create new marketing strategies and identify types of content that will appeal to specific target audiences.
  • Conceptualize, plan, and create paid marketing strategies for SEO and SEM that will accompany content from the Marketing team which includes but is not limited to print ads, digital collaterals, multi-media materials, website and social media content, and newsletters.
  • Developing web, offline, and social media marketing materials to address Voice of the Customer of Visaya KPO.
  • Proposes and executes media buying strategies that will help increase the domain authority of Visaya KPO’s online assets.
  • Research new and up-to-date concepts and technologies that will help in effective brand communication.


Digital Marketing Campaigns

  • Ideates and executes digital marketing campaigns, which includes but is not limited to helping generate leads, conducting market research, and actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of our digital strategies both organic and paid.

Marketing Channel Management

  • Develops related content strategies for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, and social media channels. Assists in framing messages and ad spending in a unique and creative manner intended for specific target audiences about the company’s offerings and services.
  • Assists in all other creative production as or when needed.

Planning and Organizing

  • Follows digital marketing calendar and collaborates with other members of the marketing team to ensure timely delivery of materials and effective spend of the marketing budget. Organizes media buying schedules to help monitor the Return on Marketing Investment (RoMI) of the company. Utilizes industry best practices and familiarity with Voice of the Customers of Visaya KPO to inspire ideation of new opportunities and further increase productivity.


  • College Degree or comparable work experience in the same capacity
  • Preferred college programs: Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Arts, Media Studies, Business Administration
  • Atleast 2years of relevant work experience in the same capacity
  • With proven and successful marketing track record
  • Experience in BPO industry is preferred but not required
  • Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
  • Organized and Methodical
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Highly creative
  • Copy and content writing skills preferred but not required
  • High proficient in Adobe or Canva tools, or similar systems and applications
  • Proficient in MS tools and applications: MS Powerpoint, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
  • Efficient problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
