Job Description
● Review and annotate medical documents, such as patient records, treatment plans, expense estimates, medical bills, and diagnostic imaging results.
● Maintain an up-to-date understanding of annotation requirements.
● Update data in our system to tell the medical history of the plaintiff.
● Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality is secure by adhering to relevant privacy laws.
● Participate in quality improvement initiatives by providing feedback on process improvement
to build efficiency of our platforms and products.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
● CPC/ AHIMA Certified
● At least 1 year of medical coding experience, preferably in Evaluation management coding.
