Responsibilities:
- Encoding of Employees’ Information in the System
- Handling and Monitoring of Movement of Employee Data
- Ensuring that Employee Records are complete and updated
- Securing correctness of Employee Data in the HR System
- Providing accurate and timely response to Employee inquiry, requests, and/or disputes
- Other Tasks that may be assigned, in relation to Employee Data Management
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree Course; preferably an HR / Business-related or Psychology Course
- With at least one year working experience in Employee Data Management, via HRIS
- Must be fully-operational in HRIS Software; able to work with no to minimal supervision
- Prime hands-on working experience in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Productive Typing Speed Skill of 60 words per minute
