HRIS Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Encoding of Employees’ Information in the System
  • Handling and Monitoring of Movement of Employee Data
  • Ensuring that Employee Records are complete and updated
  • Securing correctness of Employee Data in the HR System
  • Providing accurate and timely response to Employee inquiry, requests, and/or disputes
  • Other Tasks that may be assigned, in relation to Employee Data Management

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree Course; preferably an HR / Business-related or Psychology Course
  • With at least one year working experience in Employee Data Management, via HRIS
  • Must be fully-operational in HRIS Software; able to work with no to minimal supervision
  • Prime hands-on working experience in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Productive Typing Speed Skill of 60 words per minute
