Responsibilities:
- Accounting and Payroll transactions.
- Governmental Compliances
- Asset Management tracking and reporting
- Payable processing and recording
- Governmental compliance reporting
- Coordination with Treasury for processed payables.
- Maintain contracts with vendors.
- Reconciliation of vendor payables , accrual preparation , fixed Asset tracking.
- Perform other tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Atleast 2 years of related work experience
- CPA is an advantage but not required
- Able to navigate Microsoft operating systems
- Able to understand and operate accounting software
- Average communication skills
- Proactive and keen to details
- Must be willing to work in Bacolod
