Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Ability to work in a high volume, customer-facing, fast-paced environment required

Heavy experience with key sources for candidates and proven ability to develop a “network” of candidates

Be knowledgeable of sourcing techniques on social media and other sourcing channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Jobstreet)

Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications

Have above-average written and verbal communications skills

Have strong interpersonal skills and team spirit

Qualifications:

At least 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment preferably from BPO, shared services, or RPO companies.

Experience in recruiting accounting professionals is required for this role.

Experience in end to end recruitment process is a plus

Excellent communication & negotiation skills
