This role is responsible for overseeing and managing the accounting operations to provide top-notch services to clients, encompassing tasks such as managing existing accounts, providing service information, and maintaining business advisory and accounting services including bookkeeping, payroll, audit and taxation.
Scope of Responsibilities:
- Able to advise on US Accounting & Taxation, and Bookkeeping services.
- Able to utilize and manage Teams for internal communication and monitoring of tasks.
- Able to manage a team of US accountants, multi-task and prioritize deliverables, and meet service level agreements.
- Able to effectively communicate internally and externally, both oral and written, to achieve organizational goals.
- Able to confidently assess and resolve issues based on strong technical background and soft skills.
- Able to provide mentorship, coaching and guidance to the team.
Job Requirements:
- With a Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in BS Accountancy
- A Certified Public Accountant is preferred but not required.
- Software Certification in Xero, QuickBooks, CCH Access Tax, SAP and the like is highly desirable.
- With at least 5 years of extensive experience in US Accounting.
- With at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory to a managerial role.
- Must be amenable to work on a Nightshift schedule and Onsite in Ortigas.
