Perform outbound physician office/facilities scheduling to retrieve medical records for various purposes such as Medical Record Review and Medical Abstraction.
Take in calls, resolve/assist concerns; transfer calls if needed
At least 2 Years in College
At least 6 months of experience in Inbound/Outbound/Customer Service/Back Office in a BPO setting
Above-average communication skills
Must be willing to report on site
