Responsibilities:
  • Perform outbound physician office/facilities scheduling to retrieve medical records for various purposes such as Medical Record Review and Medical Abstraction.
  • Take in calls, resolve/assist concerns; transfer calls if needed
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 Years in College
  • At least 6 months of experience in Inbound/Outbound/Customer Service/Back Office in a BPO setting
  • Above-average communication skills
  • Must be willing to report on site
