Ability to work in a high volume, customer-facing, fast-paced environment requiredHeavy experience with key sources for candidates and proven ability to develop a “network” of candidates Be knowledgeable of sourcing techniques on social media and other sourcing channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Jobstreet) Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications Have above-average written and verbal communications skills Have strong interpersonal skills and team spiritQualifications:
– At least 3-5 years of experience as a supervisor and at least 3 years of experience in sourcing preferably from BPO, shared services, or RPO companies.
– Experience in recruiting healthcare is an advantage
– Experience in end to end recruitment process is required
– Excellent communication & negotiation skills
– Amenable to work On Site
