Job Scope

  • Help Customers with navigating and troubleshooting their drones thru email, chat and voice support.


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science and other related course
  • Required skill(s): proficient skills in written oral communication, has technical background gained in a bpo setting, Typing Speed of 50 WPM, MS Office.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • CoPreferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
  • Bachelor degree or above (Engineering, IT, Computer Science and other related course)
  • With sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Computer skill, typing speed (above 45 words per minute),
  • English proficiency required
  • Steady-going person with great patience, positive, energetic and enthusiastic, an ability to multi-task across a variety of business areas, team player
  • Accept night shift and over time working
