Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- New revenue acquisition
- Overseeing sales and some marketing programs.
- Tactical and strategic thinking.
- Budget development, budget management, profit and loss computation and analysis
- Contract development, writing, management, and negotation.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 Years in College
- Must have 5 years of relevant experience preferably in BPO set up
- Proven sales record, strong business development experience, strong communication skills
- Impeccable ability to multi-task, detail oriented, reliable. Knowledgeable on sales CRMs.
- Understands sales and business development methodologies
- Expert in Search engines ( Boolean, google, linkedin, etc) email tools, sales navigators
- Must be Excellent in written and oral communication skills
- Goal driven mindset
- Sales Oriented
- Firm understanding of Business and economic trends to develop strategies & contribute to the growth of the
- Should be willing to work during the graveyard shift and PH holidays.
