Client Services Supervisor/ Lead

 

Acts as the main point of contact for both Client and Company. Works with entire team to coordinate all client service activities with a focus on delivering excellent client experience. This position is critical to building client advocacy and ensuring continued profitability of the Company through organic growth and referral opportunities by setting and maintaining high service standards for the Company, creating positive client experiences, and fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute service activities, such as onboarding new clients, resolving Service Requests, gathering and compiling data for client meetings, maintaining client files/dashboards and handling dayto-day client requests
  • Facilitate or assist with client reporting
  • Managing Company and Client expectations
  • Cultivate positive interactions and manage relationship between Company and Client
  • Create and maintain contracts and agreements
  • Oversee record-keeping and data accuracy Analyze data and convert into usable information

Qualifications:

  • Experience in BPO industry highly preferred but not required
  • At least 3 years of previous healthcare industry experience required
  • Previous work experience in a clinical or health care delivery environment (hospital, home health,
  • hospice or community based, direct care or case management) an advantage
  • At least 1 year of previous Client Liaison, Account Management or Project Management experience required
  • Knowledge of US healthcare system
