Client Services Supervisor

Acts as the main point of contact for both Client and Company. Works with the entire team to coordinate all client service activities with a focus on delivering an excellent client experience. This position is critical to building client advocacy and ensuring continued profitability of the Company through organic growth and referral opportunities by setting and maintaining high service standards for the Company, creating positive client experiences, and fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • College degree or comparable work experience
  • Business Management, Mass Communication, Marketing Management, Medicine, Nursing degrees preferred but not required Work Experience
  • At least 2 years work experience
  • Experience in BPO industry preferred but not required
  • Previous Client Liaison or Project Management experience an advantage

Skills and Knowledge

  • Medical coding and billing, ICD 10
  • Medical revenue cycle
  • Above average English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Technical (contract) writing skills preferred but not required
  • Organized, detail oriented and methodical
