Responsibilities:
- Receives chat or email from customers to address general inquiries, process information, handle complaints and provide resolutions
- Provide phone support as needed
Qualifications:
- At least a High School graduate
- At least 6 months of BPO experience
- Above-average communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Must be willing to report on site
