Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate calibration with the client and team leaders
  • Manage QA Team.
  • Ensure accuracy and timelines of scans and reports of this team and the team members.
  • Will need to learn and be an expert in knowledgebase
  • Will work closely with the client.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 2 years of relevant experience
  • Needs experience in Tech Support, familiar with multiple LOBs/responsibilities, handles task with urgency, timeliness and accuracy.
  • Strong Excel working knowledge.
  • Critical Thinking, Good analytical and with excellent communication skills
