- Facilitate calibration with the client and team leaders
- Manage QA Team.
- Ensure accuracy and timelines of scans and reports of this team and the team members.
- Will need to learn and be an expert in knowledgebase
- Will work closely with the client.
- Must have 2 years of relevant experience
- Needs experience in Tech Support, familiar with multiple LOBs/responsibilities, handles task with urgency, timeliness and accuracy.
- Strong Excel working knowledge.
- Critical Thinking, Good analytical and with excellent communication skills
