- Help Customers with navigating and troubleshooting their drones thru email, chat and voice support.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science and other related course
- Required skill(s): proficient skills in written oral communication, has technical background gained in a bpo setting, Typing Speed of 50 WPM, MS Office.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- CoPreferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
- Bachelor degree or above (Engineering, IT, Computer Science and other related course)
- With sales or customer service experience preferred
- Computer skill, typing speed (above 45 words per minute),
- English proficiency required
- Steady-going person with great patience, positive, energetic and enthusiastic, an ability to multi-task across a variety of business areas, team player
- Accept night shift and over time working
