Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Supervises and directs the work of Process Trainers by conducting weekly coaching sessions, training class observations ensuring active participation and managing trainers’ work schedule, attendance and corrective actions.
  • Prepare monthly scorecard and individual development plan for trainers.
  • Prepare and present training reports for internal and external customers.
  • Assist in the design and development of other learning interventions.
  • Interprets training results in statistical and qualitative measurements, identifies gaps, prepares reports and present results.
  • Prepares and implements training evaluation plans to measure effectiveness or training.
  • Performs training administrative funcitons, document changes in training designs, schedule classrooms and order and maintain training supplies. Participate in meeting calibrations with clients for existing and new accounts, if needed

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience as a training manager in a BPO environment
  • Has all skills and abilities of a Process Trainer and Learning & Development Trainer.
  • Has experience in planning, implementing and facilitating learning and leadership development initiatives.
  • Has comprehensive understanding of training concepts and principles.
  • Has the ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative measures using variousstatistical tools and techniques and also to write routine reports and correspondence for internal and external clients.
