Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • New revenue acquisition
  • Overseeing sales and some marketing programs.
  • Tactical and strategic thinking.
  • Budget development, budget management, profit and loss computation and analysis
  • Contract development, writing, management, and negotation.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 Years in College
  • Must have 5 years of relevant experience preferably in BPO set up
  • Proven sales record, strong business development experience, strong communication skills
  • Impeccable ability to multi-task, detail oriented, reliable. Knowledgeable on sales CRMs.
  • Understands sales and business development methodologies
  • Expert in Search engines ( Boolean, google, linkedin, etc) email tools, sales navigators
  • Must be Excellent in written and oral communication skills
  • Goal driven mindset
  • Sales Oriented
  • Firm understanding of Business and economic trends to develop strategies & contribute to the growth of the
  • Should be willing to work during the graveyard shift and PH holidays.
