Provide training, mentoring and guidance in the use of Continuous Improvement tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must have in-depth knowledge of Business Process outsourcing (BPO) processes (Inbound voice, outbound voice, chat, digital, social and back-office Processes).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work with minimal supervision to conduct complex business analysis, procedure mapping, business requirements gathering, and process designs to address business opportunities\/issues and develop formal recommendations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interview and go through each of Visaya\u2019s business processes and find wastes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide process and business recommendations to Project Initiative Leads based on data analysis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Work closely with business leadership to implement and deliver process improvements within Customer Operation verticals to improve metrics, KPIs, process excellence, continuous improvement and digital automation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lead by action and example in the application of continuous process improvement tools and techniques (e.g., Lean, DMAIC, DFSS and Value Stream Management).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit project deliverables and ensure they adhere to quality and company standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage staff including determining staffing needs, setting goals, interviewing, selecting, coaching and evaluating the performance of all direct reports; ensures staff is trained and works with department and\/or enterprise trainer to develop written training materials and procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recommend and implement streamlined policies and procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participates in developing and implementing enhancements and new tools and methods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with various departments and team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrate professional judgment to identify risks and threats to the project initiatives and milestones and communicate to key stakeholders where necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manages or completes special projects assigned by upper management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for project management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for regulatory control reports\/auditing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for new hire training facilitation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handles all the roles and teams of OED<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Lean\/ Six Sigma\/Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or higher through a recognized, national organization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven experience in project and process management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strategic thinking\/planning skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong problem-solving, analytical and quantitative skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong business and financial acumen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong organizational\/time management skills and multitasking abilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Detail-oriented; flexible, creative<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interpersonal and communications skills to work effectively with all levels of staff<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of 2 Lean Projects, 1 Six Sigma Project or 3 Kaizen Projects implemented<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skills in relationship building, talent development, problem solving and decision making<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to lead projects of various sizes and see them through to completion<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Able to organize large amount of data to identify trends and patterns within processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong verbal and written English communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of 4 years related experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong skills in MS Excel and other MS Office tools, including SQL<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly competent in using Tableau, PowerBI and MiniTab<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience \/ knowledge in RPA (Robotic Process Automation), automation and digital operations preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lead the delivery of\u00a0business\u00a0improvement projects.
