This is a full-time on-site role for a QA Supervisor at VISAYA in Pasig. The QA Supervisor oversee the quality assurance process for our healthcare account, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role involves developing and implementing quality assurance policies, and continuously improving our quality management system. This QA Supervisor will also perform quality audits when needed & or connect with onshore partners to gather QA insights or feedback.
Principle Functions and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the quality assurance team, providing guidance and support.
- Perform quality audits when needed and/or connect with onshore partners to gather QA insights or feedback.

- Strong Communication skills (Verbal & Written).
