Responsible in requesting and obtaining medical records from healthcare providers; while maintaining adequate production and quality levels through tracked metrics.
• Contact provider offices to request copies of medical records, focusing on tier one work allocations
• Identify and coordinate the method for record retrieval with provider offices
• Maintain professional and frequent contact with provider offices throughout the record retrieval process
• Provide accurate and timely updates on the record retrieval status to the client(s)
• Complete all responsibilities as outlined on the prevailing Performance Scorecards
• Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned
• Must be able to perform duties with minimal supervision
• Perform any other job related duties that may be assigned by management
Qualifications:
· College Graduate preferably Health Sciences
· MS Office Proficient
· Above Average English Communication Skills
· Detail Oriented
· Critical Thinker
· Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
