Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data by conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements and reports on a regular basis for management review.
- Coordinate with the client’s finance team to address any issues or concerns.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance filings as needed.
- Performs bookkeeping tasks for Canadian clients
- Creates invoices, deposits and billing using QB and other banking sites
- Emails customers on document requests
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work on a night shift schedule and onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
