Accounting Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data by conducting regular audits and reconciliations.
  • Prepare financial statements and reports on a regular basis for management review.
  • Coordinate with the client’s finance team to address any issues or concerns.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and compliance filings as needed.
  • Performs bookkeeping tasks for Canadian clients
  • Creates invoices, deposits and billing using QB and other banking sites
  • Emails customers on document requests

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounting
  • Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to work on a night shift schedule and onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City
