Responsibilities:
- The customer service support representative is responsible for the following tasks:- Perform outbound physician office/facilities scheduling to retrieve medical records for various purposes such as Medical Record Review and Medical Abstraction.
- Take in calls, resolve/assist concerns; transfer calls if needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 Years in College
- At least 6 months of experience in Inbound/Outbound/Customer Service/Back Office in a BPO setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service knowledge
- Must be willing to work onsite in Bacolod
