Customer Service Representative (Healthcare)

Responsibilities:

  • The customer service support representative is responsible for the following tasks:- Perform outbound physician office/facilities scheduling to retrieve medical records for various purposes such as Medical Record Review and Medical Abstraction.
  • Take in calls, resolve/assist concerns; transfer calls if needed.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 Years in College
  • At least 6 months of experience in Inbound/Outbound/Customer Service/Back Office in a BPO setting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service knowledge
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Bacolod
