Customer Service Representative - Healthcare Account (Project-Based)

Responsibilities:

Verify doctor’s information through calling and researching;
Research on health plans and accurately enter verification points on a given template
Categorize verification points accordingly
Accurately input information based on verification done

Qualifications:

At least 6 months to 1 year experience in Inbound/Outbound campaigns in a BPO setting
Competent collaborations skills
Above average write and oral communication skills (American or neutral accent);
Strong proficiency in Window OS, Microsoft Office applications, and CRM
Able to multitask and manage stress effectively
Willing to work on a project-based employment
