Responsibilities:
- Creation of dashboards
- Generation of reports
- Building of performance scorecards (agent, lead, manager levels)
- Creation and updating of client portals
- Monitor daily, weekly, monthly and yearly performance (KPIs)
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years experience as an analyst or any position related to workforce
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in any field
- Proficient in MS Office
- Advanced MS Excel Skills
- Knowledge of general scheduling practices in the outsourcing company
- Clear understanding of workforce management
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Able to multitask and adapt to a flexible schedule
- Knowledge of Visual Basic, SQL and MS Access is a plus
- Must be willing to work onsite.
