Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Creation of dashboards
  • Generation of reports
  • Building of performance scorecards (agent, lead, manager levels)
  • Creation and updating of client portals
  • Monitor daily, weekly, monthly and yearly performance (KPIs)

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years experience as an analyst or any position related to workforce
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in any field
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Advanced MS Excel Skills
  • Knowledge of general scheduling practices in the outsourcing company
  • Clear understanding of workforce management
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Able to multitask and adapt to a flexible schedule
  • Knowledge of Visual Basic, SQL and MS Access is a plus
  • Must be willing to work onsite.
