Process Trainer - Healthcare Account

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Foundation Skills and Program/Product Specific Training within the required period using adult learning methodologies. *
  • Monitor Trainee/learner process in Classroom and Transition Bay *
  • Implement strict adherance to VKPO’s COD, Training Agreement and Policies
  • Maintain and update modules and other training materials
  • Identify training needs based on current agent performance and recommend training solutions to address them.
  • Maintain product knowledge by attending calibration sessions and CPRM
  • Willing contribute to and participate during other assignments as required Be the forefront of Employee development, and cultivate a culture of excellence amongst employees
  • Exhibit adeptness in leading discussions, creating rapport, handling objections, managing difficult behaviors and using appropriate feedback methods.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training management, preferably in the healthcare industry with a focus on Revenue Cycle Management.
  • In-depth knowledge of RCM processes, including billing, coding, collections, and claims processing.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig City.
