Responsibilities:
- Ability to work in a high volume, customer-facing, fast-paced environment required
- Heavy experience with key sources for candidates and proven ability to develop a “network” of candidates
- Be knowledgeable of sourcing techniques on social media and other sourcing channels
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Have above-average written and verbal communications skills
- Have strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Work with Recruitment Operations team to identify manpower needs, sourcing strategies and search assignment.
- Conduct phone screening and endorse candidates for initial interview with the Talent Acquisition Partner.
- Planning of cost-effective sourcing campaigns that will give the highest yield/output
- Proactively research, create and manage candidate generation, through innovative strategies, utilizing sourcing channels, recruitment campaigns, internet searches, networking groups, and social media (i.e LinkedIn, Indeed, Bossjob, JobFair, Facebook, Monster, etc.)
- Coordinating with LGU and Private Organizers for any recruitment event
- Coordinating for partnership with university for OJT and school Job Fair
- Partner with recruitment vendors to ensure that processes are aligned and contracts are observed
- Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
- Log candidate information and the applicant tracking system/ internal database
- Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires
- Maintain and/or modify the employee referral program
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment/Sourcing preferably from BPO handling volume hiring and niche profiles
- Experience in end to end recruitment process is a plus
- Must have knowledge in sourcing strategies/techniques
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Must be willing to work onsite
