Capability Development Training Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate new hire onboarding, soft skills training, and other org-wide development training
  • Build training materials and other learning contents.
  • Administer learning management system.
  • Run leadership development training.
  • Identify development opportunities, and create impactful and meaningful learning sessions.
  • Coach/advise employees and management through sensitive HR issues to resolve conflict and seek workable solutions
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, management, and various agencies at all levels of the organization
  • Commitment to lifelong learning through continual improvement, researching/studying disciplines relevant to this position.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • At least 2 years in Organization Development, Global Learning or Capability Development
  • Strong Facilitation Skills, High Interpersonal Skills & Instructional Designing
  • Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
  • High creativity, critical thinker, can work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be willing to work in Dumaguete
