Responsibilities:
- Facilitate new hire onboarding, soft skills training, and other org-wide development training
- Build training materials and other learning contents.
- Administer learning management system.
- Run leadership development training.
- Identify development opportunities, and create impactful and meaningful learning sessions.
- Coach/advise employees and management through sensitive HR issues to resolve conflict and seek workable solutions
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, management, and various agencies at all levels of the organization
- Commitment to lifelong learning through continual improvement, researching/studying disciplines relevant to this position.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- At least 2 years in Organization Development, Global Learning or Capability Development
- Strong Facilitation Skills, High Interpersonal Skills & Instructional Designing
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills
- High creativity, critical thinker, can work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be willing to work in Dumaguete
