ORTIGAS CENTER, MARCH 9, 2023 – Visaya Knowledge Process Outsourcing Corporation, a homegrown global player in the IT-BPM Industry, inaugurated its newest strategic delivery center in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. The event was graced by Visaya’s executives, industry partners, and Coun. Angelu de Leon-Rivera who represented the City Government of Pasig.
The site will serve as the headquarters of its global operations and will provide support to its existing facilities in Dumaguete City in Negros Oriental, Bacolod City in Negros Occidental, and Las Vegas, Nevada in the US. The Ortigas HQ is a positive step towards completing Visaya’s masterplan in opening new facilities in strategic locations to cover the growing needs of both its employees and clients.
In his speech, Visaya President and CEO Butch Valenzuela said, “We must be prepared for global challenges that arise and ensure that, even with these challenges, we provide our clients and employees the right experience. The right experience comes from the people that we have, and we are committed in providing them, with our new and expanded head office, the right infrastructure that will inspire them to work more productively.”
Mr. Valenzuela, who also serves as a Board Director of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP), highlighted that opening the new office not only represents growth and expansion. The Ortigas HQ also signifies a new chapter in the company’s history as a committed partner of the Philippine Government in providing high-value job opportunities in the country.
Coun. De Leon-Rivera also stressed this, “We hope to have more companies like Visaya KPO who believes in giving back to the community by providing jobs which will benefit the constituents of Pasig City especially and the Greater Manila Area as well.”
Office Design
The main inspiration for the office design was the company core values. Each element in the new office was meant to inspire dedication and commitment, results-oriented, excellence, accountability and integrity, and the Filipino term malasakit (empathy). The core values, along with company’s mission and vision are also reflected in receiving area, cafeteria, meeting rooms, and hallways.

The new Visaya HQ is in Brgy. San Antonio, a sprawling and vibrant business and residential community in Pasig City which provides conducive technology and safety infrastructures for IT-BPM companies. Brgy. San Antonio is also one of the most technologically advanced government units in the Philippines with business continuity measures proven during the global pandemic.
