Julian Valenzuela Elected as CCAP Board Trustee 2025-2026

Julian Valenzuela, VISAYA’s current Chief Operating Officer (COO), is among the 9 newly elected Board Trustees of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) for 2025-2026. The new CCAP Board was announced during the 4Q General Membership Meeting & Year End Thanksgiving Party held at Xylo, BGC, November 25.

Valenzuela joins other elected leaders from Alorica (Jamea Garcia), Amazon (Steve Emerson), Concentrix (Tonichi Achurra-Parekh), Globe Business (Cocoy Claraval), Hinduja Global Solutions (Pushkar Misra), Inspiro (Rommel Regino), Microsourcing & Beepo (Haidee Enriquez), and PLDT Enterprise (Mitch Locsin).

With over 17 years of active involvement in CCAP, Valenzuela brings a wealth of experience and a passion for advancing the interests of SMEs and promoting countryside development. His election promises to bring a fresh, impactful perspective to the CCAP Board, with a focus on driving job growth and fostering innovation in the industry. His platform is rooted in the belief that SMEs and countryside strategies are integral to the sustained growth of the BPO sector in the Philippines.

Julian is set to replace VISAYA’s CEO, Butch Valenzuela who is among the outgoing Board Trustees of CCAP.

One of Valenzuela’s core advocacies during the campaign is the establishment of a reinvigorated CCAP SME Council. Recognizing the role of small and medium enterprises as drivers of job creation and economic growth, he aims to set a clear roadmap to enhance their representation and support within CCAP. His vision for the SME Council includes:

Valenzuela believes these initiatives will empower SMEs to thrive in an increasingly competitive landscape.

Julian also advocates for enhanced inter-council collaboration within CCAP. By fostering partnerships among key councils like the Marketing and Procurement Councils, he envisions:

Valenzuela sees collaboration as a cornerstone for creating a stronger, more unified industry where all members benefit from shared resources and expertise.

Valenzuela’s most personal advocacy is countryside development, a strategy he has championed through VISAYA’s operations in Las Vegas, Ortigas, Bacolod, and Dumaguete. He believes in the transformative power of investing in provincial locations, which not only decentralizes economic growth but also creates sustainable job opportunities in underserved areas.

By promoting CCAP’s programs in rural communities, Valenzuela aims to showcase the immense value of a provincial strategy in driving industry expansion. His experience managing VISAYA’s diverse operations demonstrates his commitment to and belief in this approach.
