Program/business name: Visaya Knowledge Process Outsourcing Corporation (VISAYA). VISAYA does not currently advertise a general consumer SMS subscription program through this website. If a VISAYA-operated SMS program is activated, only authorized, company-owned or company-controlled SMS devices, numbers, or approved messaging systems may be used to dispatch VISAYA-originated messages.

Types of messages: SMS may relate to a business inquiry, requested consultation, appointment or event reminder, service or account-related update, or promotional messages only where separately and expressly authorized. The exact category and purpose must be disclosed at the point of SMS sign-up. This paragraph does not describe or grant consent for SMS messages that VISAYA sends solely on a client’s behalf.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies according to the program, the request, and the recipient’s interaction. If a specific recurring campaign is launched with a fixed frequency, the corresponding sign-up disclosure will state that frequency.

Consent: Where required, VISAYA will obtain clear, specific SMS consent before sending messages. Consent to SMS must be separate from acceptance of these website Terms, general inquiries, and email marketing; consent is not required as a condition of purchasing services or submitting a business inquiry.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to the originating VISAYA number to cancel future optional SMS messages. Reply HELP to request assistance where supported. If a device or number is unable to process these keywords, or the recipient does not receive an acknowledgment, contact dpo@visayakpo.com to request cancellation or assistance. VISAYA will honor valid opt-out requests through its applicable procedures. Depending on the channel, a final opt-out acknowledgment may be sent. Individuals who later want SMS communications must provide fresh consent where required.

To the extent permitted by law, VISAYA is not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on general website information, internet interruptions, or third-party websites, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without prejudice to mandatory rights under other applicable laws.
