Privacy and Data Protection Consent Statement

The information voluntarily provided may include full name, company, company address, position title, department, business email, telephone/mobile number, the substance of an inquiry, requested services, communication preferences, and other information entered into the relevant form. Only data relevant to the stated activity should be requested.

Where I select the relevant consent option, I authorize VISAYA to collect, use, store, and process the information I provide for the specifically selected purpose(s), which may include:

• Responding to my inquiry, consultation request, or request for information about VISAYA services.
• Sending newsletters, company or industry updates, invitations, and other non-SMS promotional communications where I separately opt in.
• Sending VISAYA-originated SMS messages only where I separately and expressly opt in to a clearly described SMS program, or otherwise where permitted by applicable law for a specific requested transaction.

VISAYA may use authorized service providers and cross-border systems as described in its Privacy Policy, subject to applicable safeguards. The consent I give for one optional purpose does not automatically authorize unrelated marketing channels, and consent for SMS is not a condition of submitting a general business inquiry.

If I separately opt in to a VISAYA SMS program, I understand that the program may send inquiry follow-ups, appointment or event reminders, service or account-related notices, or other messages specifically disclosed next to the opt-in box. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. I may reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance, where supported, or email dpo@visayakpo.com to withdraw my SMS consent or obtain help. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. VISAYA-originated SMS will use only authorized, company-owned or company-controlled devices, numbers, or approved messaging systems. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

I understand that I may exercise rights available under Republic Act No. 10173, including being informed, accessing and correcting data, objecting to processing, requesting erasure or blocking, withdrawing consent, requesting portability where applicable, and filing a complaint. I may withdraw optional communication consent at any time by using an unsubscribe or STOP mechanism where available or by emailing dpo@visayakpo.com. Withdrawal does not invalidate prior lawful processing or prevent processing supported by another lawful basis.

I acknowledge that I have been given access to the VISAYA Privacy Policy and understand the purposes described above. Where a form requests optional consent, my selection applies only to the specific channel and purpose identified in that form.
