Responsibilities:
- Works with the Eligibility Enrollment Specialist to obtain referrals from Savista’s client
- Review medical records to validate what authorization is required
- Utilize client’s host system to document case and updated account statuses when applicable
- Utilize state or payor portal to check authorization statuses
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- License/Certification: Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN)
- Must have background in appeals writing, clinical authorizations, medical records management, and customer service
- At least 6 months of audit experience
- Fluent in verbal and written English
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
